Lenzie offers free and premium subscription tiers. Premium features require a paid subscription. Subscription fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable except as required by law. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings.

All content, features, and functionality of Lenzie, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, are owned by Lenzie and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer any part of the App without written permission.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, LENZIE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR USE, ARISING OUT OF YOUR USE OF THE APP. IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE SERVICE IN THE PAST 12 MONTHS. For products sold directly by Lenzie, our total liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the product in question.

WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion. You may delete your account at any time through the App settings. Upon termination, your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Lenzie-branded products, such as teas or lens accessories, are sold for general wellness or organizational purposes only and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Always consult a licensed eye-care or medical professional before making changes to your health regimen. Lenzie disclaims any liability for misuse, allergic reactions, or injuries arising from the use or handling of its products beyond the purchase price of the product.
